Love this hotel! Located on a sandy beach in walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. My husband and I had a premium King room with patio overlooking ocean and we could hear beautiful music in evening from hotel upstairs bar ( violin player was especially beautiful). Friendly and helpful hotel staff made us feel especially comfortable- thank you Luis-Miguel at front desk, Jesus watching our bags and Hilda in reservations who set up our room in the perfect location. Started each day with a swim in the warm ocean with Estaban ( from hotel restaurant) bringing us coffee and breakfast as we sat on lounge chairs in the sand. It was very humid since we visited in July for our anniversary and we had several spectacular thunder storms in the evening. Highly recommend!

I had the best time ever 100% recommended and the service is amazing! if you go ask for Brenda, Omar and Adrian activities you won’t regret it. ❤️ All activities are awesome starting with the aerobics at 12pm and my favorite would be the mixology we’re you can learn how to make great drinks and the best try them.
Best staff ever
I love coming to this hotel, the staff is amazing. Cindy is amazing always greets with a smile, our bartender Omar makes awesome drinks, Yolanda always ready to make your stay special, Adrian is the light of the party. Definitely the best.
Day pass
Came to the day pass here at los Arcos hotel Adrian was such an incredible host. We try that new experience for us was the mixologist class, they had pool activity and the vibe is incredible. Must come. Buffet was great a lot of options to select. Its kids friendly and the service is great. Thank you Adrian.
Reyna was great!
I’ll be staying at this hotel for a week, I’m on day 3. This review is only on our hostess Reyna! She is very kind and helpful to everyone. She will greet you with a smile and take care of any questions you may have!

The service here is very nice. Reyna was a wonderful host, making sure we had nice seating during meals. Nemias is also the best pool boy. The drinks here are made well and the food is good (not too authentic unless looking on menu). Thank you for the awesome service (: will always be returning

We enjoyed our stay to the maximum. The wait staff, especially Neemias, has been super attentive. He has gone above and beyond, remembered everyday our drinks. The entertainment crew, Brenda and Adrian, absolutely fabulous! A most enjoyable mixology class with them, as well as aqua aerobics class. Yolanda our concierge, the best! She has facilitated all of our reservations and a little extra to help celebrate my daughter’s birthday!
Best Hotel In Puerto Vallarta
The waiters are very nice and helpful. The food is also amazing. Buffet and Drinks all included the pool is so nice and the beach is perfect. The hotel is very well taken care of and clean. Overall 10/10.
Family vacation
Delicious food, a lot of drinks, national and international, friendly staff and a family atmosphere. Activities every day for the family, adults, and children hosted by Adrian, very enthusiastic. Definitely, I will come back next year.
Playa Los Arcos - Festive and Hospitable Ambiance in an Ideal Location
The Playa Los Arcos front desk staff were most welcoming. The location was fantastic (on the beach transitioning to the Malecon, near restaurants, with daily needs such as markets and pharmacies close by). The Concierge people, Yolanda Guerrero and Miguel were superb -- confirming dinner reservations, answering questions, assisting travel challenges such our dropping our phone in the pool (with Miguel arranging rice to save it). Yolanda double checked airport travel arrangements, assisted my internet needs and was a joyful presence (as was Miguel) each day. The renovated room was lovely and worth paying a little more for. Housekeeping was fantastic, security abundant, and grounds staff were graciously and consistently attuned to the hotel's upkeep.
General hotel suggestions: Add cotton swabs and cotton balls in the bathroom, as well as travel size hair conditioner. Add "Do Not Feed the Pigeons" signs throughout the pool's dining areas.
Tips: Note that beach chairs in the pool area get reserved by guests in the late morning with their towels, though the hotel has an excellent policy of a 45 minute limit to reserve. This prevents people from reserving chairs all day and not returning for hours.
