Every night is a fiesta time in the Plaza de Armas, Puerto Vallarta’s main square or zocalo, which usually features a live band in the Los Arcos, the open-air amphitheater. On Sunday evenings, locals get dressed to the nines and dance in the band shell, teens socialize and parents treat their kids to balloons and ice cream.
